Enjoyed dinner the other night at Longhorn Steakhouse. The waiter suggested an excellent Cabernet Sauvignon from the Robert Mondavi Private Selection. This deep cherry red wine had a somewhat sweet taste with a bit of tart that went perfectly with our grilled steaks.
